LIN 53 Special Reserve

A product of unique blending where the traditional Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are harmoniously complimented by the typically Bulgarian Gamza and Rubin.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Intensive dark ruby colour;
Aroma: Intense aromas of cherries and dried plums, harmoniously combined with the Gamza's enigmatic touches of blackcurrant and gentle mulberry from the Rubin grape variety; wild thyme, subtle cinnamon aromas, hints of cocoa and delicate oak tones;
Taste: Powerful, full-bodied and well balanced wine; Ripe tannins and well-incorporated oak notes from the American oak barrels; Elegant finish.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Meals: Grilled beef, venison steak, lamb, duck or other juicy grilled or baked red meat;
Cheese: Danish Blu, Gruyere, Pecorino Toscano, Sharp Cheddar, Cashel Blue, Iberico, Manchego, Taleggio;
Temperature: 16-18°C

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The name of the wine comes from an old wooden wine vessel LIN used in Bulgaria.

LIN 53 is a limited series. The wine was made from 35 lins of Cabernet Sauvignon, 11 lins of Merlot, 4 lins of Rubin and 3 lins of Gamza.
