Just another interesting typical Bulgarian grape variety. The Gamza grapes grow only in small micro areas in northern Bulgaria. The wines from the Gamza grape vriety are usually light, easy-drinking and elegant. You can campare them with Pinot Noir.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Sparkling light red colour;
Aroma: Pleasant aromas of ripe cherries and red fruit;
Taste: Well structured, medium body, fresh and dry, round palate with cherry, plum, cedar, savoury flavours, attractive aftertaste;

HOW TO DRINK IT
Food: BBQ, beef, casseroles and stews, game, duck, hamburger, lamb (grilled, broiled), pasta with tomato sauce, pates, steak (grilled, broiled), venison;
