The price payable for each wine is clearly set out on our website, Bulwine.com. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown are correct at the time you place your order. If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. We will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid in accordance with our refund policy.
All prices are inclusive of duty and Value Added Tax. Any delivery charges are additional. For more information on our delivery arrangements, please see Shipping Information.
We try to ensure that all wines shown as available on the website are in stock. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such circumstances, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that particular item. If you have already paid for the item, we will refund you in accordance with our refund policy.
3. Age restriction
We cannot sell wine to anyone under 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are buying a Bulwine membership as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years old.
Payment terms are strictly payment at the time of placing your order. We will not dispatch wines until payment has been confirmed or received.
The following payment method are available on our website: Sofort Banking, GiroPay, MyBank, iDEAL, Mr Cash/Bancontact, Creditcard payments (Visa/Mastercard).
We are also able to accept payments by bank transfers (recommended).
If you are nervous about shopping on the internet, please be assured that our payment providers use secure servers with encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology for the transfer of the necessary information. We also have security measure in place to protect our customer database.
It is your responsibility to protect your password from being disclosed to any third party.
You may cancel your order, for any reason whatsoever, at any time up to 14 days following the receipt of your wine. In order to cancel your order, you must contact us by phone or email.
If the wine has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund your payment.
If the wine has been dispatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, you can refuse to sign for the delivery so that the wine is returned to us. We will refund your payment.
If you have already taken delivery of your wine, we will arrange to collect the wines and will refund the value of your wines. You will be responsible for all return costs in this instance. It is your responsibility to hold on to the wine and take reasonable care of it until we arrange the collection. All wines collected by our courier must be in their original box.
7. Faulty wines
If a wine is found to be faulty or corked, we will offer a refund or a replacement of equal value. Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering a corked bottle.
If a wine is damaged during transit, we will offer a refund or a replacement of equal value. You must notify us of any breakages within 3 working days of delivery.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you within 14 days. We will transfer the funds back to your bank account. In all instances, you are welcome to hold the refunded amount as a credit on our website to use against a future order or Daily Drinker membership.
11. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to European legislation and are in line with all good commercial practices.
