Rubin is a unique Bulgarian grape variety, created in 1944 through cross-breeding of Nebbiolo and Sirah.
Its great potential was recently revealed and developed.
This high quality regional red dry wine from the typical Bulgarian grape Rubin has its own character and unique style. It is made from carefully selected, well ripe grapes, picked up by hand in small crates. The vinification is carried out using a technology, specially developed for this grapes variety. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.

HOW TO DRINK IT:
Food: smoked chicken, duck, ham, hamburger, lamb (grilled or broiled), pasta with tomato sauce, pates, steak (grilled or broiled), venison;
Cheese: Brie, Camember, Danish Blu, Sharp Cheddar;
Temperature: 17‐18°C
