TASTING NOTES
Colour: Beautiful golden yellow colour;
Aroma: Intensive aromas of overripe fruit dominated by, pineapple, mango and banana. Gentle minerality and complementary scents of caramel, honey, butter, nuts and vanilla add delicious finishing touches to the aroma;
Taste: Full body, complex, well balanced taste; Mild and creamy, tones of ripe yellow fruit and smooth finish with scents of dried herbs, vanilla and distillate.

HOW TO DRINK IT
Meals: Oysters, scallops, grilled white fish with butter and parsley, seafood platter with butter or brown butter sauce, baked chicken, creamy pastas or soups, pumpkin and winter vegetables;

THE REGION
South Western Wine Region
The South Western Wine Region of Bulgaria or the Struma River Valley includes the most southwestern parts of the country. It is not large in size, but it possesses some specific climatic features which are very similar to the Mediterranean regions. Along the valley of the Struma river unique Bulgarian varietals such as Melnik and Rubin are cultivated for the production of dry high-quality wines. Other well-known varietals are also grown in the area. The local wines are characterized by full taste, with spicy southern tones.
