For the shipping we use the services of our logistics partners Flespakket (PostNL) or Vinologix (DPD), specialized and experienced couriers in the field of wine shipping. The wines are shipped in special safety cases, designed for wine shipping.
Deliveries take place during standard working hours and someone should be present at the address in order to receive the package. Shipping to PO boxes not possible.
In case nobody is present at the delivery address, a second attempt, and if necessary a third one, will be made in order to perform the delivery. In some cases you wine can be delivered to your closest neighbours. Non-delivered packages will be returned to Bulwine. In this case we will contact you about the possibility to try to deliver your order again.
Track & Trace
The day we deliver your order to PostNL or DPD you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been delivered to the shipping company along with a Track & Trace link. You can use this link to follow the shipping progress of your order on the websites of PostNL or DPD.
Additional Information
The orders must be carefully verified upon receipt. Complaints for possibly incomplete orders or damaged products should be lodged to Bulwine within 72 hours. Bulwine should not be held responsible in case of undelivered, incorrect or incomplete orders due to force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances.
