TASTING NOTES
Colour: Deep rubby red colour with nice granite shades;
Aroma: Rich aroma of black berries and cherry, comlimented by sweet spicines en elegant vanilla;
Taste: Soft, velvet and rounded fruity taste with balanced structure and tenderness. Long and memorable finish.

HOW TO DRINK IT
Food: smoked chicken, duck, ham, hamburger, lamb (grilled or broiled), pasta with tomato sauce, pates, steak (grilled or broiled), venison;

Temperature: 16‐18°C
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Melnik is also the name of the smallest Bulgarian town, picturesquely situated amongst a fantastic scenery – strangely shaped pyramids of sand and limestone. During the 17th -18th century it became a flourishing tobacco and wine-producing center, whose fame spread to many European countries. The beautiful fortress-like houses with broad wine cellars, cut in the limestone rocks date back to this period.
