Zagreus Tiara White Mavrud BIO /Blanc de Noir/
This wine combines succesfully the best of two worlds: the full body of a red wine with the refreshing character of a white one.
White wine from a red grape.., how is this possible?!
Unique wine which represents the contemporary vision of the wine makers for a new image of the oldest typical Bulgarian red grape Mavrud. The grapes are gathered healthy and at the right time. The grape juice is tapped immediately in order to avoid colouring. The result is extremely pleasant, fresh and fruity wine.
A wine which is worth trying. It preserves the intensive flavours of the red variety Mavrud and at the same time has this delicate structure, typical for white wines.
Colour: A nice, very light yellow colour;
Aroma: Elegant flavour of pear, quince and roses on the nose with subtle minaral tones.
Taste: Fresh, juicy and with good structure. Excellent acidity and body balance. In the mouth dominate the fruity and spicy taste with fresh and pleasant nuances of juicy green apple.
