TASTING NOTES
Colour: Exceptionally soft and dense ruby colour;
Aroma: Flavours of blackcurrant, spices and chocolate, perfectly balanced with those of dried plums and red fruit;
Taste: An exceptionally dense body, elegant tannins and a vanilla taste, resulting from the ageing in small oak barrels.

HOW TO DRINK IT
Food: roasted lamb with plums, feathery game, stewed red meat, smoked chicken, ham, spicy chinese, tuna, veal;
Cheese: Gouda, Gruyere, Pecorino Toscano, other ripe soft cheese;
Temperature: 16-18°C
WE RECOMMEND
We recommend you to open the wine an hour before consumption and to serve it in a glass with a big enough balloon to help the wine develop its entire beauty of aromas and flavours.
