Gamza Suhindol AOC Golden Label

Gamza from Lovico own vineyards. This wine bears the character of the genuine local Gamza, emblematic for the Suhindol region.

You will see the sign "Controliran" on the label. This is a Bulgarian label term, indicating that the wine comes from a controlled quality wine region. It's equivalent to the French term "appellation d'origine contrôlée" (AOC) which means “controlled designation of origin”.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Soft and sparkling red colour;
Aroma: Fragrant cherry, pomegranate, blueberry and violets dominate in the aroma;
Taste: Harmonious and fruity medium body, layered with cocoa and baking spices, lively acidity, well-polished tannins;

HOW TO DRINK IT

Food: BBQ, Beef, Casseroles and Stews, Game, Duck, Hamburger, Lamb (Grilled, Broiled), Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Pates, Steak (Grilled, Broiled), Venison;
Cheese: Brie, Camember, Danish Blu, Sharp Cheddar, other predominantly matured cheeses;
Temperature: 16-18°C
