TASTING NOTES

Colour: Deep dark red with lively purple-red edges;
Aroma: Elegant with gentle earthy nuances. Beautiful aroma concentration and a whole range of scents and layers. The aroma is an exciting blend of black currant, blueberry and dried cherry, complemented by wild herbs, dried mountain grass, truffle and violets;
Taste: Full bodied, fresh, finely structured core of fruit, fleshy and invigorating, notes of licorice, herbs, earth, smoke, minerals, touch of wild meat and leather. Excellent in balance in terms of ripeness and sugar, lively acids and fine tannins.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Meals: Grilled beef, venison steak, lamb, duck or other juicy grilled or baked red meat;
Cheese: Danish Blu, Gruyere, Pecorino Toscano, Sharp Cheddar, Cashel Blue, Iberico, Manchego, Taleggio;
Temperature: 16-18°C
