Colour: Brilliant salmon pink colour;
Aroma: Rich aromas of red fruit, peach, and melon;
Taste: Delightfully soft and round on the palate, with hints of lemon, grapefruit, and melon, a pure minerality, and a fresh finish.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Food: artichokes, cold meats, nuts, olives, white fish, pasta with cream sauce, pasta with shellfish, striped bass, tuna, veal;
Cheese: Gruyere, Mild Cheddar, Parmigiano‐Reggiano, Provolone;
Temperature: 11-12°C

This wine is the ideal companion for fresh salads or fish dishes.

THE GRAPE

Gamza - an interesting typical Bulgarian grape variety. The Gamza grapes are only grown in small micro areas in northern Bulgaria. The wines from the Gamza grape variety are usually light, easy-drinking and elegant, and resemble these from Pinot Noir.
