HOW TO DRINK IT
Food: artichokes, cold meats, nuts, olives, white fish, pasta with cream sauce, pasta with shellfish, striped bass, tuna, veal;

Temperature: 11-12°C
This wine is the ideal companion for fresh salads or fish dishes.
THE GRAPE
Gamza - an interesting typical Bulgarian grape variety. The Gamza grapes are only grown in small micro areas in northern Bulgaria. The wines from the Gamza grape variety are usually light, easy-drinking and elegant, and resemble these from Pinot Noir.
