BIJOUX is an elegant white wine with a fresh, fruity character and a soft finish. This blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Chardonnay gives the wine a wonderfully versatile character – from a light lunch and summer dishes to a relaxed evening with good company.

Southwestern Bulgaria enjoys a mild and pleasant climate with a strong Mediterranean influence. Although the region is best known for its exceptional red wines, white grapes are also grown here, producing some remarkably beautiful white wines.

Colour:  Bright golden yellow in colour;
Aroma: The aroma is fresh and intense. Notes of citrus, pear, nuts and flowers;
Taste: Fine aromas of apple, pear, citrus, grapefruit and herbs. The grape trio Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay is perfectly matched to give an extraordinary taste experience.
