A gorgeous wine from the indigenous Bulgarian grapes Early Melnik Grape.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Deep rubby red colour with nice granite shades;
Aroma: Multi-layered aromas with hints of leather and iodine;
Taste: Well balanced, juicy, soft and delicate taste. Fresh, fruity, tight but very smooth bodied, elegant and spicy finish.

HOW TO DRINK IT
Food: smoked chicken, duck, ham, hamburger, lamb (grilled or broiled), pasta with tomato sauce, pates, steak (grilled or broiled), venison;
Cheese: Brie, Camember, Danish Blue, Gouda, Gruyere, Pecorino Toscano, Sharp Cheddar;
Temperature: 17°C
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This wine has been made from grapes grown on rolling hills and light sandy soils. The fruit has been selected manually, and some vats held whole (unpressed) grapes during fermentation. Harvest - early October. The wine has aged in both French and Bulgarian barriques for 10 months. Limited release.
Suitable for ageing. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
