STAROSEL TERROIR Special Selection

A charming Bordeaux blend of the great vintage 2016. A top wine made with a lot of passion and dedication by the oenologists of Starosel Wine Cellar. In this wine they managed to find the perfect balance between the terroir and the grape varieties.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Beautiful deep red colour with nice violet hues;
Aroma: Intense aromas of overripe grapes and seductive red fruits such as currant and blackberries, complemented by notes of chocolate, vanilla and spices;
Taste: Rich, full flavour, explosion of fruit with pleasurable impressions of sophisticated vanilla nuances, derived from the luxurious 14 months oak treatment. Smooth on the palate with well balances structure and soft, ripe tannins.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Meals: Premium‐quality venison, Argentinean beef steaks, Japanese Kobe beef, classical Italian oven‐baked pizza, smoked chicken, duck, ham, grilled or baked Lamb, pasta with tomato sauce, pates, spicy Chinese, grilled or boiled steak, tuna, veal, etc.
Cheese: Brie, Camember, Danish Blu, Gouda, Gruyere, Pecorino Toscano, Sharp Cheddar, other extra‐mature cheeses
Temperature: 18°C

WE RECOMMEND

We recommend that you open the wine an hour before consumption and serve it in a glass with a big enough balloon to let the wine develop its entire beauty of aromas and flavours.
