A wine that blends together the intensity of the dark fruits and the the elegance of red fruits!
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Donker, robijnrood met mooie granaatnuances;
Aroma: Blackberries, blackcurrant, fresh ground coffee and a hint of wild herbs on the nose;
Taste: Excellent balance between full body with mild acidity and ripe tannins; Blackberries, black currant, wild cherry, prune; Gentle earthy notes, fine black chocolate, smoke, tobacco, truffles; Smooth, fruity finish with subtle oaky flavours.

HOW TO DRINK IT
Meals: Grilled beef, venison steak, lamb, duck or other juicy grilled or baked red meat;
Cheese: Danish Blu, Gruyere, Pecorino Toscano, Sharp Cheddar, Cashel Blue, Iberico, Manchego, Taleggio;
Temperature: 16-18°C
Great ageing potential.
We strongly recommend decanting for at least 30 minutes.
