TASTING NOTES
Colour: Brilliant ruby red colour;
Aroma: Intense aromas of fresh red fruit;
Taste: Elegant, medium full flavour, well structured with soft, ripe tannins; Impressions of black cherries, blackberries and cedar; Pleasantl, nicely balanced aftertaste.

THE GRAPE
Gamza - an interesting typical Bulgarian grape variety. The Gamza grapes are only grown in small micro areas in northern Bulgaria. The wines from the Gamza grape vriety are usually light, easy-drinking and elegant, and resemble these from Pinot Noir.
HOW TO DRINK IT
Food: warm entrée, roasted pork or lamb ribs, meals with red meat, grill, duck, hamburger, lamb (grilled, broiled), pasta with tomato sauce, pates, steak (grilled, broiled), venison;
Cheese: Brie, Camember, Danish Blu, Sharp Cheddar;
Temperature: 16-18°C
* Slightly chilled, the wine tastes excellent as well. Recommended!
